LEVEL 3 Course Overview

The Power series Level 3 is not suitable for the complete airbrush newbie, but is definately for the intermediate to advanced airbrush artist. The course covers a lot of very interesting aspects and continues the "consciousness of control" theory of teaching; not only in physical airbrush control but in the aspect of knowledge. Knowing what to do with paint, colour, etc is half the battle as an artist.
All 3 levels of the Power Series workshops are designed with fundamental control and knowledge in mind so as to give you total airbrush control. In adddition to dozens of helpful airbrush tricks and techniques, you will learn solid airbrush foundations that will enable you to take airbrushing on as a new hobby, a part time money earner and for some people, even a new career. You'll have the information, after a Power series airbrush clorse, its up to you!

LEVEL 3 Course Content
|
|
* Advanced Transfer methods
Techniques with specialised art products as well as some very clever tricks when cutting your own custom stencils will help you with transfer methods of all sizes.
|
|
* Multiple Airbrush Experience
This level 3 airbrush workshop will see you working with not only the Eclipse series like previous workshops, but will have you airbrushing with specialised airbrushes like Iwata's Hi-Line and Custom Micron!
|
|
* Scale Studies
We will teach you how to create the SAME artwork in 3 different sizes. This will allow you to learn the different techniques used to render different sized artworks. Skills vital when needing to move from a motorcycle tank to a large bonnet! By doing the same artwork you can see the differences in detail, scale and techniques. WHAT to put in at what size and HOW to do so. Many airbrush art techniques to be learned here
This scale exercise is completed over the first 2 days of the class.

* Major Project
This is an advanced portrait (partial) study of a very textured, weathered face. It will take a mixture of our complete arsenal to date, including all the new techniques of level 3 to create these skin textures, wrinkles, pores and other details such as super textured eyebrows, moustache, stubble and more.
This major project takes the second 2 days of the class to complete.
